In local men’s basketball league action Monday night, a depleted Muskie team (due to exams) gave a valiant effort in a 77-69 loss to La Place Rendez-Vous.
The game featured several lead changes and quality shot-making, but the Vous took over down the stretch and held on for the win.
Aaron Rost had a game-high 28 points for the Vous while Jacob McIntosh netted 22 in a losing cause.
In the late game, Dominos remained undefeated with an 81-62 win over Taggs.
Rob McGinnis led the way with 27 points for Dominos while Morgan Anderson was the high scorer for Taggs (15).
