Devlin youth baseball registration open for players, coaches

Staff

Devlin youth baseball now is accepting registrations for the upcoming season.
The league, which runs for kids aged four-15, is planning to start on May 4 (weather permitting) but is limited to the first 20 players per division.
The cost is set at $30 per player and everybody is guaranteed two games each week.
The age groups are four-six (T-ball), seven-nine, 10-12 and 13-15. Games will be played at both the Devlin Ball Park and Crossroads School.
Registration started on March 16 and will run until each age group is filled up. The league is also looking for coaches.
Due to the COVID-19 precautions, the Devlin municipal office is closed to the public until further notice. Those interested in playing baseball this spring will need to call/e-mail and they can e-mail/fax the forms. They also can pay by e-transfer or use the municipal office’s drop off box, but nobody is able to attend the office in person at this time.
You can fax it in to 274-7286 (the Fort Frances Times’ office) or to 486-3863 (the Devlin Municipal office).
Please make sure to include all your contact information, including phone numbers.
