Jordan Davis topped the go-kart obstacle race that was held Saturday night at the Emo Speedway in conjunction with the Borderland Racing Association’s weekly stock car action.
Davis completed the course in a time of 24.67, edging out Brady Caul (25.44).
Rounding out the seven drivers were Cody Drennan (27.30), Carlee Bosma (27.47), Riley Caul (27.68), Andrew Trimble (32.59), and Jeff Davis (36.03).
During regular go-kart action last Friday, Carlee Bosma proved impossible to beat in the Beginners’ division, winning both heats as well as the feature race.
Andrew Trimble was second in the first heat, followed by Jeff Davis. They then reversed order for both the second heat and in the feature.
In the Gas division, Cody Drennan captured the checkered flag in the feature race, followed by Brady Caul, Robbie Brandrick, Jamie Davis, and Riley Caul.
Drennan also had won the first heat, with Riley Caul second, Robbie Brandrick third, and Jamie Davis fourth.
Brady Caul edged out Drennan in the second heat, followed by Riley Caul and Brandrick.
The go-kart drivers next will race this Saturday (Aug. 16) from 2-4 p.m. in conjunction with the Emo Fair.
