Bujold off to OFSAA

Look out, OFSAA—the “Bujold Bomber” is headed back your way.
Aaron Bujold was the lone representative of the Muskie badminton team at the NWOSSAA championships yesterday in Dryden.
But the 10th-grader shrugged off any feelings of loneliness and got down to business in winning his second-straight silver medal in the senior boys’ singles division.
The top-two finish guaranteed him a return trip to the all-Ontarios, which take place May 5-7 in North Bay.
Bujold finished 4-1 for the day, with his only loss coming to a familiar rival in Grade 12 player Yamhi Malhi of Thunder Bay.
It was Malhi who topped Bujold last year at NWOSSAA, and who successfully defended his gold medal with a perfect 5-0 record.
