Steve Arpin will start near the front of the pack in his Camping World Truck Series debut tonight at the Texas Motor Speedway.
He’ll line up in the fourth position for the WinStar World Casino 400k after his qualifying run yesterday.
Arpin’s #32 Mike’s Hard Lemonade-sponsored Chevrolet Silverado made its way around the 1.5-mile oval in 30.280 seconds at a speed of 178.336 m.p.h.
That was only 0.120 seconds off the pole-winning time of Arpin’s Turner Motorsports teammate, James Buescher.
The third member of the team, Ricky Carmichael, will start ninth.
The 167-lap race starts at 8 p.m. (CDT) and will be broadcast live on the Speed Channel.
