Arpin enjoys another strong weekend

Steve Arpin had a strong weekend at the WSA Pro Ice Circuit in Detroit Lakes, Mn., winning four races and coming second in his other one.
The Fort Frances teen took the checkered flag in the Semi-Pro 500 Liquid (440 Pro X), Semi-Pro 600 Liquid (600 Pro X), and Semi-Pro 440 (Champ 440) classes.
He also finished first in the Semi-Pro Formula Open class on his Champ 440 despire racing against 700s.
His second-place showing came in the Pro Stock 500 Fan (44 XCF) class.
Also this weekend, Darren Lowes raced Arpin’s Pro X 600 Liquid in two classes, finishing first in both the Sport 600 L and the Sport Open.
