One man has died while another was seriously injured in Sioux Lookout as the result of an industrial accident yesterday.
Sioux Lookout OPP received a report around 6 p.m. of an industrial accident involving two injured persons at a business there.
While working on modular home units at McDiarmid Lumber, two adult males from Manitoba suffered serious injuries and were evacuated for further treatment.
Earlier today, Abram Guenther, 50, of Plum Coulee, Man., died in hospital as a result of his injuries.
Sioux Lookout OPP, with assistance from the North West Crime Unit as well as the Ministry of Labour, are conducting an investigation into the incident.
