On behalf of Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc., the board of directors would like to announce the retirement of president and CEO Wayne Woods, effective March 31, 2012.
Upon his departure, Wayne will have dedicated 13 years of service to Riverside.
The board has retained the services of an executive recruitment firm, Odgers & Berndtson, to secure a new CEO for the corporation.
The board is confident it will find a successor who will continue to bring growth to Riverside, as well as maintaining its vision and mission.
The board would like to publicly thank Mr. Woods for his years of service to Riverside Health Care Facilities and wish him all the best.
