An Elliot Lake woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries yesterday after a single-vehicle accident on Highway 11 just east of Manion Lake Road.
The 62-year-old driver had been travelling westbound at a high rate of speed in her 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser when she lost control of her vehicle, left the road, and rolled over several times, Fort Frances OPP reported this morning.
She was taken to hospital via ambulance.
The OPP is continuing to investigate the accident.
