Weasel family in spotlight

Scurrying through the trees or along the lakeshore, ermine and mink live in and near the forests of Voyageurs National Park.
Join park naturalist Matt Holly this Sunday (March 21) for a program that focuses on the characteristics of these and other weasel family members.
Participants will learn about what makes them different from each other, and will be able to make a weasel track to take home.
The program will run at the Rainy Lake Visitor Center from 2-4 p.m., and is recommended for ages six and up.
No fee or registration is required to attend.
Visitors are encouraged to come early to browse through the museum, as well as check out the winter displays in the interactive area.
