Due to quick work and ideal conditions, the construction that was required to be completed on the road at the Portage Avenue Underpass was completed yesterday, reported the town late yesterday.
As a result, the Portage Avenue underpass was reopened to all traffic at 7 p.m. yesterday and will not be required to be closed for the rest of the week, as previously believed.
The town would like to thank everyone for their patience during this time.
