Two youths nabbed for vehicle break-ins

Two male youths face charges after officers caught them breaking into vehicles here early Thursday morning.
The pair, who are both under 18, were located in the area of Pit Road around 5:30 a.m. after a caller alerted police to two suspicious males.
Police said the thefts from vehicles occurred between 3-5:30 a.m. as the males walked between Armit Avenue and Pit Road.
The youths were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court here in January.
The investigation is continuing as police suspect more than a dozen unlocked vehicles may have been broken into in the area of Emo Road and River Road.
