The trial of a health care aide charged with assault against a former Rainycrest resident, which was supposed to have resumed this week, instead has been adjourned until Monday, Oct. 26.
Donna Butera of Fort Frances is facing charges of assault, threatening bodily harm, and failure to abide by bail conditions.
