The Grand Council Treaty 3 is holding a weekly online Science Fair for members of Treaty 3 Nation. This week’s theme is Water: Water in the environment, Water systems, The importance of water for life.
Participants are asked to share videos or photovoice of their science project over Grand Council Treaty 3’s Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtag #treaty3science. Submissions can also me e-mailed to edu.assistant@treaty3.ca.
The first ten submissions will win a $25 gift card each, with the contest open to all Treaty 3 community members, in the age categories of 6-12, 13-18 and 19+.
The deadline to enter is Monday, May 25, with winners announced the next day.
Prizes include a trampoline, Nintendo Switch, mountain bike, camping gear, a smart TV and cash.
Videos should be between one and five minutes, and include your name, community, age category and theme. Photovoice submissions should include a caption, describing the project and where it took place.
