Trailer catches fire at Canada Customs

The Fort Frances Fire and Rescue Service responded to a blaze at a trailer at Canada Customs around 7:55 p.m. yesterday.
The first units arrived to discover a fire in the rear of an office trailer which was being used Canada Customs.
Under the direction of Capt. Paul Radbourne, the fire was quickly brought under control by the 14 firefighters who responded.
The trailer was not occupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
An electrical malfunction is suspected of causing the blaze, Fire Chief Steve Richardson reported this morning.
The damage was estimated at $50,000, including the trailer and its contents. The investigation continues today.
