Emo OPP is continuing to investigate a single-vehicle accident on Frog Creek Road around 11 a.m. yesterday that left one female teenager dead.
The teen, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was taken by ambulance to La Verendrye hospital, where she was pronounced deceased, police said.
Her identity was not immediately released by police pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle and another passenger were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police reported.
Police did not release other details, such as the cause of the accident or whether any charges will be laid, as of press time today.
