Suspects charged in McTaggarts Break and Enter

Officers from the Rainy River District Detachment have made two arrests in connection to a break and enter at McTaggarts.

A 37-year-old Fort Frances man has been charged with one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

A 36-year-old Fort Frances man has been charged with: Break and Enter; Fail to Comply with release order X3; Possession of break-in instruments; Possession of Methamphetamine; and Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5000.

On Saturday November 28, 2020 officers of the Rainy River District OPP responded to a Break and Enter at McTaggarts Store on Scott Street in Fort Frances. The incident occurred between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The Rainy River District OPP has been actively engaged in focused patrols of the downtown core area, following the break-in.
