Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc. would like to thank the public for your continued participation in our patient surveys designed to support client-centered and quality care.
Over the past number of months, you may have received an Inpatient Experience Survey in the mail from NRC Picker Canada on our behalf.
Your responses have been collected, and the results sent back to us for review and follow-up.
Overall, our results were very positive regarding the provision of quality care and ensuring a positive hospital experience for our admitted patients.
We have identified a few areas for improvement, including the importance of providing more information to our patients upon discharge from hospital, more involvement in their care, and areas related to improved communication.
These areas currently are being addressed through new and improved plans and initiatives.
Over the coming months, we will continue to distribute these surveys and we encourage you to complete and return them.
Your opinion matters—and your continued valuable feedback will enable us to continue to improve our care and services.
