In view of the continuing cold weather forecast, the Rainy Lake Nordic Ski Club has decided to postpone its first-annual Rainy Lake Loppet in the interest of safety and enjoyment.
The club has identified Sunday, Feb. 4 as the new date.
We encourage you to consider this event as a way to come together as a club and enjoy a little light-hearted competition!
Beginners and accomplished skiers are welcome–this is not a competitive event, per se, but rather a chance for all of our skiers to get a taste of what a race feels like.
