The audience will hear everything from Renaissance lute songs to the Beatles during tour de Fort’s last concert of the 2001/02 season.
“Rhapsody Junction”—featuring tenor Jason Hales, soprano Allison Colisimo, baritone Phillip Addis, and pianist Jennifer Tung—will perform this Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Townshend Theatre.
“We found it compelling to listen to four very talented, young musicians with great voices, energy, and enthusiasm,” tour de Fort publicity director Wanda Botsford said in a press release.
“Both Jason Hales and Allison Colisimo have their roots in Northwestern Ontario. Allison’s parents own Colisimo Music Store in Thunder Bay,” Botsford added.
A reminder this concert is sold out to tour de Fort passport holders.
Those on hand also will have the chance to purchase their passports for the 2002/03 season. They cost $80 for six shows.
Any passports remaining will be sold on a “first-come, first-served” basis Thursday, March 28 from 5-7 p.m. at the Fort Frances Public Library.
