People of Fort Frances and beyond, be on the look out for this newest batch of painted Paw Patrol rocks that have been distributed across the district by Megan Moriarty and her son Dominic as part of the ongoing efforts of the Fort Frances Rocks group. The group started in the early days of the pandemic as a way for families with children to occupy their time both by creating fun painted rocks, and also by taking those rocks out in the community to hide for others to discover during their walks. The group has only grown since then, with multiple batches of rocks from different artists and community members making their way out into the district. Once found, the rocks are shared on the group’s Facebook page, and then can either be kept for a while to enjoy, or immediately re-hidden to keep the fun going for everyone.
