A Fort Frances woman was found not guilty on charges in connection with an incident at Rainycrest Long-Term Care here back in March, 2008.
Health care aide Donna Butera was acquitted of assault and threatening bodily harm yesterday at the Fort Frances courthouse.
The decision came after a four-day trial last week.
