(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Officers of the Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a dumpster on fire and request the public’s assistance.
On February 14, 2023, officers of the Rainy River District OPP were conducting general patrol duties and located a town dumpster on fire. The dumpster is located on the corner of Portage Avenue and Scott Street.
