Acting on an informant tip, the Kenora Drug Enforcement Unit, with assistance from Kenora OPP, stopped an eastbound vehicle on Highway 17A yesterday.
The three occupants were arrested and searched.
The search revealed 51 Oxycontin 80s and six Oxycontin 40s with a total value $5,400.
The pills were bound for the Fort Frances area and Big Grassy First Nation.
One female was charged with trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
