Police charged a pair of men with drinking and driving over the weekend.
A 25-year-old man was stopped on the 200 block of Scott Street on Saturday evening and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg.
He is slated to appear in court here Dec. 3.
On Friday evening, Emo OPP stopped a vehicle in the 1300 block of King’s Highway here.
The 44-year-old driver was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg. He also is slated to appear in court here Dec. 3.
Police also are investigating a reported break-and-enter into a garage that occurred sometime Saturday on the 100 block of Fifth Street East.
Numerous small items were taken from within the garage, police said.
