The Rainy River District OPP Detachment is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Dallis Bluebird, age 37 of Fort Frances.
He is described as a First Nation male, approximately 6 feet tall, medium length dark hair, weighing 200 lbs. with a thin build.
He was last seen leaving La Verendrye Hospital at 7:28 a.m. on Wednesday Sept. 14, wearing blue hospital pants, a blue hospital gown and a hat with stripes.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Dallis Bluebird is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
