NWHU is asking the public to complete a COVID-19 survey

Northwestern Health Unit (NWHU) is asking the public to complete a survey on public health measures and COVID-19.
The survey will gather information about what steps people in our region have taken to protect themselves against COVID-19, what concerns them, and where they get their information from.
The survey is anonymous and will be used to determine areas NWHU can provide support and to inform future messaging.
