Riverside Health Care has introduced a new sign-in/out procedure for all visitors and guests at Rainycrest Long Term Care Home in Fort Frances, effective this past Monday (April 9).
The goal of the sign-in/out procedure is to identify as accurate records as possible of individuals present, enabling us to provide the best assistance in an emergency situation should the need arise.
This newly-implemented procedure also will help us in our continued commitment to provide a safe and secure environment for our residents and staff.
All visitors and guests are required to sign in and out of our Visitors’ Log located in the reception area of the home.
This procedure also applies to all after-hours and weekend visitors.
