The Fort Frances Museum welcomes you to “Threadworks 2013,” a juried exhibition of needle art.
Challenged with the theme of “Water,” creative needle artists from across Canada stretch the artistic boundaries to showcase their incredible talent in workmanship and design.
Out of hundreds of entries, a select few are chosen to appear in the show sponsored by the Ontario Network of Needleworkers and the Wellington Museum & Archives.
The unique and innovative interpretations will awe and inspire you, whether a fellow needleworker or someone who simply appreciates fine art.
Hosted by the Fort Frances Museum every two years, “Threadworks” will be featured in our main floor gallery until the Christmas break.
The museum is Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
