Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Edith Bodnar to the position of administrator at Rainycrest Long-Term Care Facility, effective Jan. 7.
Bodnar brings a wealth of experience to managing long-term care and serving the health care needs of Rainy River district.
Prior to this appointment, Bodnar was the director of resident care at Rainycrest since May, 2005. She also held the position of director of nursing at the Emo Health Centre from January, 2001-May, 2005.
Riverside CEO Wayne Woods looks forward to working with Bodnar to ensure Riverside meets the needs of Rainycrest residents, families, and staff.
“Edie is an asset to our organization and I know she will do an excellent job in this new capacity,” Woods said.
In related news, Laurie Ball has been appointed to the position of director of resident care at Rainycrest Long-Term Care Facility, effective Jan. 21.
She currently is the director of nursing at the Emo Health Centre, and previously was employed with the Community Care Access Centre.
