Members of the Fort Frances OPP responded Thanksgiving Monday to a missing hunter incident.
Jozsef Fiser, 59, of Hamilton, Ont., was hunting on Beaver House Road, located in the Flanders area near Atikokan, on Sunday when he failed to return to camp.
His hunting party searched that night for him with negative results.
The OPP was notified the next day and began searching with the assistance of the North West Region Emergency Response Team.
Fiser was located by passing hunters later that same day. He was 50 km away from where he was suspected to be, but was in good health.
