Around 7:45 a.m. yesterday, Rainy River District OPP, Fort Frances Ambulance, and Fort Frances Fire Department responded to a fatal industrial accident involving a grader at Kilometre 38 on the Turtle River Road.
The victim was identified as Larry Mann, 63, of Emo, Ont.
A post-mortem examination was ordered, which will take place today in Kenora.
An investigator from the Ministry of Labour has attended the scene from Thunder Bay, and the investigation is continuing.
