An 18-year-old Fort Frances male was charged with assault with a weapon following a disturbance on the 100 block of Fourth Street West shortly after 5 a.m. yesterday.
The teen is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18.
Then around 9:30 a.m. yesterday, Fort Frances OPP arrested two men for
breaching the conditions of previous release orders.
A Fort Frances man, 22, and a 23-year-old Watten Township resident each were charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
Both were remanded into custody and scheduled to appear in court today, police said.
In other news, Rainy River OPP officers arrested the driver of a vehicle after observing it being operated in an erratic manner on Highway #11 near Worthington Road #2 early Saturday morning.
A 30-year-old Fort Frances man was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and failing to provide a breath sample.
He has been released from custody and will appear in court at a later date, police reported.
