Applications for membership were received and approved for Brenda Marr and Rhonda Dupuis.
Sylvia Smeeth will be initiated at the April 7 executive meeting.
Entertainment saw the birthday draw won by Josie Miller and the attendance draw by Jane McLeod.
Bingo was held after the meeting, with prizes in the theme of St. Patrick’s Day and Easter.
A donation will be made to the Women’s Health Symposium coming up here on May 8.
The Legion ladies will not put a booth in this year’s event, however.
The Charter will be draped for Lena Burghardt at the April 14 general meeting.
Memorials will be held March 16 for Gordon Legarrie and on May 21 for Edla Orwick.
In other news, the ladies of the auxiliary will deliver Meals on Wheels the week of May 17-21.
Meanwhile, the Legion Athletics Camp is looking for dorm deans for the camp this summer.
If you are interested, contact Silvia Gunderson for details.
Finally, a turkey supper with all the trimmings will be held Friday, March 26 starting at 5:30 p.m. upstairs at the Legion.
The cost is $13/person and everyone is welcome!
