On Friday (Oct. 22), John Collins, Kiwanis District Lt.-Gov., accompanied by his wife, Joanne, installed the new Fort Frances executive during a dinner meeting held at La Place Rendez-Vous.
The new executive consists of president Shanda DeGagne-Begin, secretary Bob Lidkea, and treasurer Robin Wright.
Serving the first year of a two-year term as directors are Sam Arbuckle, Irene Laing, and John Beaton.
Alan Zucchiatti, Robert Sletmoen, and Cal Robertson will be serving their second year as directors.
The Fort Frances Kiwanis Club supports a wide variety of activities throughout the district, including support for groups using Sunny Cove Camp, the district music and drama festival, and library projects.
Tickets for the club’s major fundraiser, its “Trip of the Month” draw, soon will be available from Kiwanis members.
