‘Hike It, Bike It’ challenge returning

Start your week off on the right foot and register today for the June “Hike It or Bike It Challenge.”
We are challenging people to get out of their cars and walk, bike, run, roll, or stroll every day between June 1-18.
There are three easy steps for a chance to win one of five new bikes and other great prizes:
1. Register online or call your local health unit to sign up before June 1.
2. Pick up or print a Tracking Calendar to record your walking, wheeling, and rolling every day between June 1-18.
3. Return your completed calendar by June 21.
Challenge your friends, family, or co-workers to join you to park the car and move a little more every day.
All ages are welcome.
You don’t have to be a “super athlete” to join this challenge. The amount of walking, wheeling, or rolling you fit in every day is up to you.
Start with 10 minutes and work your way up. You set your own daily goal.
Every little bit counts.
