The Fort Frances Times is looking for help from the community to celebrate and recognize International Day of Pink taking place on April 8.
We want to make our paper as pink as possible to support Day of Pink and fight back against bullying towards the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Send us a selfie of you and your family or workplace (keeping in mind necessary physical distancing requirements) in your pink attire by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7 to help us fill out the front page of the Fort Frances Times with pink!
The International Day of Pink began in Nova Scotia in 2007 and has since grown to become an international annual event to push back against bullying, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia and transmisogyny.
