The grand opening of the local Salvation Army’s new location at 353 Scott St. will take place next Saturday (Jan. 28) at 7 p.m.
The open house will include tours of the new facility (formerly The Movie Gallery).
Then the following morning (Jan. 29), the first service in the new building will take place at 11 a.m., with special guests scheduled to be on hand.
Everyone is invited to attend these events and celebrate the opening of the new location, as well as the local Salvation Army’s record-breaking 2016 Christmas campaign.
In related news, the Gospel concert featuring Elvis tribute artist Daylin James has been cancelled.
It will be rescheduled in the near future.
