the OPP

The Kenora OPP Detachment, with the assistance of the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit, has recovered the bodies of three missing people at Selkirk Lake, located along the Minaki highway north of Kenora.
The bodies of 43-year-old Dianne Otto and 42-year-old Chris Mainville were located Saturday.
The body of 53-year-old Edward Everson was located yesterday morning.
All of the deceased were found in the water in the same area that the body of Robert Kantimere was discovered on the ice on Friday.
The Kenora OPP Crime Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
The OPP is cautioning everyone to stay off the ice.
Due to recent warm temperatures and rainfall, ice conditions deteriorate very rapidly, making for extremely dangerous conditions.
