Fort High salutes academic excellence

Students and parents packed into the J.A. Mathieu Auditorium on Monday night to watch almost 200 students receive awards for excelling in the academic, executive, athletic, and musical fields.
Despite the high heat in the jam-packed gym, no one seemed to mind as teachers and staff recalled stories of the past school year before thanking the students that make their jobs worthwhile.
