Fort Frances Nursery School moves to new location

The Fort Frances Nursery School is on the move and teacher Laurel Basaraba is looking forward to a change.
Originally located on the second floor of Robert Moore School, Basaraba and her students will now be attending classes at Alexander MacKenzie, across from Legion Park.
“We are going to be in classroom two, which is fortunately the same size as our Robert Moore room,” Basaraba noted. “Alexander MacKenzie is a nice school and I am looking forward to the change. Afterall, a classroom is a classroom.”
Though the school boards decision to move the nursery school was unexpected, Basaraba is looking forward to her new setting and does not foresee there being any problems.
“We have been holding the nursery at Robert Moore school for the past six years and though it is going to be hard to go, I think the move is going to be a good one.”
Registration for fall classes is slated for Wed., Sept. 5 at Alexander MacKenzie school.
Parent’s are asked to bring their child’s immunization records and health care card.
