A fire last week that gutted Kitchen and Bath Plus has been determined to be accidental, the Fort Frances Fire and Rescue Service reported yesterday afternoon.
The department responded to a structure fire at the business, located at 650 Fifth St. W., around 12:15 a.m. on Thursday.
Most of the building experienced “significant damage,” according to the fire department.
Upon completion of the fire department’s investigation into the origin and cause of the fire, it’s been determined it was accidental in nature.
The scene has since been turned over to the business owner.
