The public is being asked to help the Fort Frances High School Medical Responders to win funds through the Tbaytel For Good Community Fund.
The group has been selected by a panel of judges as one of five semi-finalists in the running to win $5,000 for its project, “For Good.”
In their case, the FFHS Medical Responders need to update their equipment and add a defibrillator to allow them to continue to volunteer to provide first aid coverage and injury prevention awareness for community events.
The public can vote for them by going online to www.tbaytelforgood.net/poll/5000-funding/
Voting started on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Monday, June 11.
Individuals can vote multiple times by closing the tab after voting, then copying and pasting the address above in their web browser to go back to the page and vote again.
The top two of the five projects will receive funding.
