The case of a Fort Frances couple charged with having a deer fence on their property, in contravention of a town bylaw, remains before the court, with March 12 now scheduled either to set a pre-trial date or to dispose of the matter.
Marie and Lynwood Anderson made a brief court appearance here Friday, with Allan T. Bedard assisting them.
Earlier that morning, they provided a disclosure to Provincial Offences Act prosecutor Ron Scofield.
The Andersons are facing one charge of committing the offence of have/permit/construct/erect or maintain or cause to have/permit/construct/erect or maintain a fence except in accordance with the provisions of Bylaw 31/01, Section 29.
