Ontario’s energy minister will be the guest speaker at the Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce’s next “Business After Hours” event.
Open to all Chamber members in good standing, the event will be held next Friday (Sept. 15) from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Copper River Inn.
Besides being an enjoyable time of networking and socializing, the event is an excellent opportunity for Chamber members to meet with Energy minister Glenn Thibeault and address any questions or concerns they have.
“Business After Hours” is designed to provide a relaxed, informal get-together of Chamber business members after regular business hours.
It provides business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders opportunities to network and build meaningful connections throughout our community.
Over the years, “Business After Hours” sessions have been held at various locations in co-operation with Chamber members.
In addition to meeting and sharing ideas with prospective clients, members, and customers, this event offers a great opportunity for making new contacts and showcasing products and services.
To attend this event, a business must be a member in good standing.
If you are not but would like to become a member and attend the “Business After Hours” on Sept. 15, you can do so by contacting the Chamber of Commerce office at 274-5773.
Those who sign up and pay for a 2018 membership will be welcome to attend the event.
The Chamber is encouraging its membership to come and take full advantage of the event.
There is no admission fee for Chamber members, and there will be complementary hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, as well as door prizes.
Those wishing to attend are asked to R.S.V.P. the Chamber, with the number of attendees, by the end of the day on Tuesday (Sept. 12).
