The Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances would like to announce that Tyson Dennis was the successful candidate for the position of Chief Building Official (CBO) and municipal planner.
Dennis was born and raised in Fort Frances and is a graduate of Fort Frances High School.
He studied carpentry at Confederation College and graduated with honours from Algonquin College in 2009.
In that same year, he earned the qualification of Red Seal Carpenter and started a local business called Steel Toe Contracting.
Dennis is personable, friendly, and a natural leader.
These fine traits, along with his background in residential construction, and his local network in contracting will serve him well in his new role.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with his young family.
