Day care kids enjoyed Christmas

The month of December has been very busy at the Fort Frances Day Care, beginning with a Christmas tree hunt.
We would like to thank Don Hammond for allowing us to walk along his wonderful trails through the bush to get a beautiful tree.
The children in all three rooms promptly began making Christmas decorations to hang on our tree and to make our day care festive.
The toddler, pre-school, and school-age children also all made beautiful gifts and cards to take home to their parents.
The high point of our Christmas celebrations was the visit from the jolly man in a red suit last Wednesday (Dec. 19). The children sang songs while waiting for Santa to arrive, and then each were given a gift to take home.
The day care staff and children wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year.
