Who will be named the 2010 Customer Service Champions?
The Rainy River Future Development Corp. is inviting businesses to come out to the Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce’s “deck party” tomorrow at La Place Rendez-Vous, where this year’s top 10 Customer Service Champions will be named.
The deck party runs from 5-7 p.m., with the Customer Service Champions and honourable mentions likely to be announced prior to 6 p.m.
There will be free food, draw prizes, and a cash bar.
About 20 district businesses signed up for the RRFDC’s Customer Service Challenge this year.
Starting in late March and running through April and May, the participants were “mystery shopped” in person, over the phone, and (where applicable) via the internet and then scored correspondingly on their customer service skills.
