This week Crime stoppers needs your help in solving the following crimes in our area:
On Tuesday, July 5, 2005 in the early morning hours, a lone female victim in her early 30s was attacked and sexually assaulted as she was walking northbound on the sidewalk of Highway 72, in the area of the bridge at Pelican Creek in Sioux Lookout.
The attacker is described as a large male, who was wearing brown shoes and a black leather jacket at the time of this very serious attack.
In separate incidents in the Dryden area, sometime prior to April 23 of this year, someone stole a 4 h.p. Yamaha outboard motor from a boat at Bear Narrows on Century Road.
And back in March of this year a quantity of treated lumber was also stolen from this location.
Also in the Dryden area, sometime overnight between June 3 and 4, someone stole a $10,000 yellow-coloured 2004 Polaris ATV from the Birchland Campground.
