‘Country Jam’ still a hit

Dave Ogilvie
Emo correspondent

On an evening where there were several events happening around the district, this month’s “Country Jam” at the Emo Legion still was a big hit with the old-time country enthusiasts.
The dance floor was crowded and there was a good turnout of musicians. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the music.
The next “Country Jam” will be held during the Emo Fair weekend in August (watch for a reminder in the coming weeks).
In related news, musicians from the “Country Jam” group will be playing at the new Rainy Lake Square in Fort Frances on Thursday, Aug. 2 from 6-8 p.m.
Come out, bring a chair, enjoy the music, and dance!
